It is not good to ignore your body’s warning signs, but if you are like most people, you just learn to live with a certain amount of pain. |
If the pain is not excessive, you probably just go about your routine and hope to rest or take a long soak later. Maybe you take over the counter pain medication. There is another --better-- option.
